Mic Problems - Samsung A50

I've been having an issue with my Samsung A50 mic. The mic doesn't work unless I the phone is used in loudspeaker mode. I've performed the suggested loopback tests and can only hear myself when using the SPK_2ndMic option. Note: I don not have a set of headphones.

Try diagnostics in the members app. It's in the tab "get help". If it fails, still in the app, select the fast help button to speak with a technician.
