Does anybody know how to truck a lost Samsung device with

Unfortunately if the phone has been turned Off then tracking won't work.

Let your Network know so they can block the sim card and blacklist the phone's imei number.

I hope you manage to locate your phone.

If your equipment is associated with a samsung account or Google account with find my device on you could go to your computer, phone, tablet etc go to find my device

Log In With your same account that's associate with your phone and try to locate it. If it doesent show up, that means either there wasn't no sim card on your phone. Or the find my device was off
