Had one kind reply already but was hoping someone knew and can explain to an 'old lady' just what and how Samsung 'help' when they ask you to contact them because they have permanently locked you out of your 'phone? They ask you to connect your phone to your computer but WHY and what can they do when you do?
Need a Factory Reset for a 'NEW' phone that is not even 'set up' fully yet as I think I must have 'messed it up' in some way. It locked me out and told me my password was incorrect when I tried to turn it off! I had stupidly tried to 'share/copy info. from an 'old' phone my kind brother had given to me (no password on that!) so maybe that 'caused' the problem but I just need to Reset it but of course I cannot!
I have a 'vintage' PC but if I managed to access the USB Port on there and plugged my 'phone in is there a way Samsung helps remotely?
Thanks in advance.

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
