Limited contact fields on A20e (no option to add field)

Hi,

I have an A20e, and can only save the following fields in my contacts:

• Name
• Phone Number
• Email

There is no option to add additional fields if i go into teh "edit" option - help! 

I need at least to note their Company and work / mobile numbers not just a single number.

I'm using a different phone to you but to add more info I go to

Launch phone app.

Tap on the contact.

Press (!)

Edit.

And then tap on the green +

I have a  Samsung Note+ phone with the same issue with my contacts app. Did you get a resolution? Appreciate it if you can share.
