Keyboard won't auto capitalize

My newly bought A 35 5g model will not auto capitalize. Despite trying on different platforms to type the auto capitalize is not working

Try a forced reboot by holding down the volume down key and power button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. When your phone resets, you will feel it vibrate.

If your using the Samsung Keyboard then tap on the Cog to launch settings then More Typing Options and toggle on Auto Capitalise.
