Issue with Call Volume on Samsung Galaxy A05s

Hi, I have the Samsung Galaxy A05s, and I noticed an issue with the normal call volume. I've been calling someone at my place, and the volume just decreases and then suddenly gets back to normal.

I thought it might be because of a notification or something, but every time I call someone, the call sound decreases and then gets back to normal at the same time. It is really annoying. When calling from WhatsApp, I hear the call sound clearly.

I bought this phone 6 days ago.

Note:

• Signal connection is strong
• Software is up to date

Has anyone experienced this?

...and you're 100% sure it's not an incoming notification or another call trying to get through (call waiting).

Yeah, I'm 100% sure because it happens all the time when I'm calling someone.

Thanks. Incoming calls too? Try resetting by going to settings>general management >reset>reset all settings.

You could also try it in Safe mode to rule out any 3rd party app etc that maybe interfering. To get to safe mode - long press power button, long press power off icon, tap safe mode icon. When booted into Safe mode you may need to turn off flight mode as it sometimes enables itself. Try making a call again and see if the issue has gone.

Yeah, incoming calls too.and I tried both ways, but nothing changes.

If the 'volume' is fine with every other aspect of your phone such as listening to music, videos etc, then maybe reach out to your mobile network provider as it could be an issue at their end.
