Issue after update

After the new update I struggle unlocking my phone some times won't let me swipe my screen to unlock it takes a few trying if that doesn't work I have to reset my phone with volume down and power buttons

I'm having the same problems.

The phone was working perfectly fine before the update last Monday and it has been doing my head in.

I had a Samsung representarive remotely looked at my phone & told me to put in safe mode for 2 hours.

After that, I'm still having the same issues.

The lock screen is unresponsive, when I get calls it's unresponsive too.

It's a joke.

I'm having exactly the same since last update. I'll have to buy a new phone. Just because samsung decided to bork my current one. It's now unusable
