I've read speculation that Samsung won't have a subscription like the others, and now Samsung's website says that AI will be free until at least 2026, which suggests that the speculation may be correct..
Samsung has founded a new club Galaxy Members. Where exactly it will be available is not yet known. In the future, members of this club will be obliged to upgrade their flagship every year and return last year's old one to Samsung. Something like leasing. The payment for the AI service will be in the monthly installment payment for the mobile phone, so it will not be stated that the AI service is being paid for, but as a subscription to Galaxy Members.
It is still unclear how Samsung plans to charge for its AI services on existing phones, i.e. the S24 and S25 series, as these phones were sold as AI phones, with the now-changed note that AI services will be free AT LEAST until 2026. Maybe it will remain free for them.

I highly doubt Samsung will have its own Cloud AI storage. Even OpenAI is forced to use Google Cloud because it doesn't have enough funding to build data centers that power AI. AI is thirsty. Literally. In Spain, farmers are rioting because Europe's AI data centers are running out of water.
AI is definitely not "green", it already consumes as much electricity as the entire Netherlands. Today's teenagers are much more aware of this issue than adults, and many have said they would rather be left without AI than allow AI to deplete energy resources and pollute the environment.
