So realistically I think there will be a couple of options...

1. A basic service with some AI but not the full suite

2. A subscription bundle with a more enhanced AI, storage and other benefits to encourage people to pay / sign up.

Google doing similar already for about £18 or £19 a month to include AI, 2TB storage, discounts on Pixel etc

Yes there likely will be charges for higher end AI at some point,probably bundled with storage to make it attractive. There has been speculation that But that Core Gslaxy AI features like Live Translator, Generative Edits, and Writing Tools will remain free. However obviously we not have definitive word at this stage.

My guess is they'll start charging for cloud ai services. Though on device ai should hopefully stay free. Which ai services run on device depend on your phone

I highly doubt Samsung will have its own Cloud AI storage. Even OpenAI is forced to use Google Cloud because it doesn't have enough funding to build data centers that power AI. AI is thirsty. Literally. In Spain, farmers are rioting because Europe's AI data centers are running out of water.

AI is definitely not "green", it already consumes as much electricity as the entire Netherlands. Today's teenagers are much more aware of this issue than adults, and many have said they would rather be left without AI than allow AI to deplete energy resources and pollute the environment.
