Anybody else's 'finished image' not saving on Scroll Capture since the ui 7 upgrade? I've been using the feature for years and rely on it quite a lot. What's happening since ui 7 is that the individual screenshots 'take' fine, with a click and everything, and the scroll progress picture-in-picture is clearly displayed on each one as I use the scroll button - so far, so normal. But all I end up with is the individual screenshots, each with its 'progress lozenge' exactly where it should be, but the finished scroll shot itself is nowhere to be found.
I've made sure the 'show toolbar' is toggled 'on' in the Samsung Capture app (it was 'on' anyway), cleared the app cache several times, and rebooted several times. Still no change.

It's with their techies but I'm at the end of a queue - no doubt a very long ui 7 queue! I'll let you know. 🙏

Any word?? I use it so much more than I realised and it's a huge problem!! I'm not gonna stitch every pic or send multiple confusing screenshots it's ridiculous.

No thanks, I'll wait for the techies to look into this as it's not a problem unique to me and others are waiting for this fix. Besides, 'switching it off and switching it back on again' isn't really great Customer Service, is it? Thank you!
