How to show missed call numbers when phone is turned off or when I am already on another call - Samsung A22

Hello,

New to Samsung A22 and using it for work. I noticed that the missed call numbers are not listed when the phone is turned off.  I am getting around it by having the phone on 24/7 but it is not ideal. How do I get the missed call numbers to show up regardless if it is on or not?

Also today, I noticed that when I was on another call, there is a missed call (only knew because they left a message) but that missed call number did not sure up. 

I am confused because I have googled this, watched a youtube video, made sure all notifications are on (unless I have missed something) and yet this is still happening. I will be so grateful if I can get some assistance as it will help my work immensely.

Try Below

Go to the Settings.

Tap on Notifications.

Scroll down to locate Phone app, and then tap Phone app.

Select Missed calls

Also if phone is turned off Check voicemail

You could also try

Settings
Apps > Phone > Notifications > Missed Calls
> Alert >
Show As Pop-up (On)
> On Lock Screen
> Show Content
