Usually joining a Beta programme is via invitation only after successfully registering in the Samsung Members App @Erikr
The Samsung Members App also shows a schedule for when they will push out the update to their unbranded phones.
Phones supplied by a network can sometimes get the update later or sometimes sooner once they've tested it does not.clash with their own network services. Well this is what typically happens in the UK.
Imported phones known as Grey imports can receive updates much slower or not at all.
I'm on the Samsung One Ui 2.0 / Android 10 now as it's been out of beta for a while.
Did you buy your phone directly from Samsung in your own country ?

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

From a Samsung Store in Greece.
Not a reseller ?
You would need to check your Samsung Members App to see if it drops into there so you can then request to be a beta Tester.
