How do I get my app icons to look like the one in the image?

I want my app icons to look the same as the gallery app in the image, but I can't find anything built in to change the icons to that and there's no app icon packs that I could find that actually look like that

What app icons ? Do you mean the battery icon and notifications at the top ?

If so then this is the oneui7 look.. what phone do you have? Most samsung phones that are still, 'under support' will.have oneui7 already.

Look in Themes, or download the Zedge app if you want more.

Check out Icon pack studio on the play store. Look through the community posted icon sets and you can get something very similar. You have to turn of auto blocker to install an icon pack though.

My Gallery icon looks the same as you sem to be indicating. It came as standard on my Tab 9. My A16 looks similar but pink.

I haven't downloaded any icon packs.
