 is there some sort of like apple pencil meets s-pen thing that I can get off the Samsung website because I'm really loving PENUP but I'm stuck using my finger

Hi there, if you have galaxy A series like A13 I don't believe S pen will work on your device you much rather look for "STYLUS" pen for your phone instead

A Samsung sPen will not work on your phone's display screen ,however there are microfiber tipped stylus pens that should.
