Hi @BigDick123
As a starting point please soft reboot by turning your phone Off and On.
Check there are no issues with your email server by logging in to it via your browser.
If that doesnot help go into your email app in Settings > Apps > Choose the App > Storage > Clear Cache > and see if that helps.
If not go into your account section in Settings and delete the email account and then re add it.
