Help!!!! A52 5G randomly ends calls

Does anybody have any problems since the new update?
My phone updated August 31 and since then the phone randomly ends calls. It's really, really annoying and frustrates me.

Yesterday when the window kept popping up I was disconnected from an important conversation with my GP. I went to settings and tried to disable everything to do with bixby. No more on top, nothing. After that I was lucky to be able to connect with my GP again and we actually had a conversation without being disconnected 20 times a minute. I did clear data and cache yesterday but not from the phone app. I will clear everything again just to be safe. I'll let you know what happens next time I'm on the phone.
I'm grateful to be taken seriously though. Thank you for helping me.

I can imagine how frustrating and unfortunate that is. This is something that shouldn't happen so we should be able to find a solution for this.

 

If the clearing of Bixby and the Phone app don't help, I will suggest that one of my colleagues will help you remotely through our Remote Service so that we can go through all settings before a reset is needed. I'm very glad to report that I haven't had any issues since I've switched off everything that has to do with bixby 🎉🥳
A new update, installed on September 24,might have contributed to the solution too. We'll never know for sure.
I'm just relieved that I can use my phone as a phone again 😊
I was close to switching to I phone though - something I hoped I was never even gonna say 😢
