Go to Settings > Sounds and Vibration > System Sounds & Vibration. Now you can toggle on, when you would like to feel vibrations. Also in Sounds & Vibration, go to Vibration Intensity. This will help control how strong a vibration is in certain scenarios. Hope this helps! 🙂
