gmail error message

I have a Samsung  Galaxy  A10 and all of a sudden  my email account  keeps coming up with an error  message and dropping  out, as does a few of my games.  I hv tried numerous  things seen on YouTube  videos,  but NOTHING is working.  HELP.. I need my gmail account to work... any ideas..
