Glucose sensor problems (Diabetic)

I use the "FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus" glucose sensor, which is showing errors with NFC scanning and Bluetooth connectivity. All of this started after the update to Android 16 and UI 8.0. I have already tried everything support told me to do, plus what I found on the internet, but there is no solution. Please help—I don’t want to end up thinking that the company is incompetent or doesn’t care about the patients who trusted their brand. Thank you.

It's not Samsung responsibility for apps to work on their os, that's the software developer job.

I would suggest you speak to the Libre folks as it really is their responsibility.

I don't work for Samsung and what you think is up to you but it's really not their job

Seen this a few times when one ui 8 first came out, it'll probably be an issue with your glucose sensor app not supporting android 16 correctly

We contacted Libre and they are sending out a reader for me. This has caused me so much stress!!

To be honest I've only discovered this site this morning! We phoned Libre on Friday, she asked for info re. after which update etc and then said they'd send me a reader. Which is ok for now but, will Samsung do another update to fix this?? It's worldwide so it's a BIG thing. I've relied on my app for 2 years now and now it's gone crazy, haywire and has given me a lot of stress!

Well.... You replied to a previous post so assumed that you read it and hence replied

Samsung will constantly update their OS, for stability and security, It's Libre job to make sure their software and readers are up to date.
