I think the touch response on thr galaxy a55 5g is a problem

Did a hard reset

Safe mode

Clear cache/data

And any other troubleshooting method 

Nothing work 

Can this be a hardware problem or what 

I tried testing this on my other device and it works fine but on galaxy a55 doesn't work and cause issue like this (happens to my other one)

I believe not but if so am just going to ask em for repair or if there's no luck in doing that then that might be my last resort but farewell I enjoyed this phone

As previously advised, it might be a bad batch. If you can, get your money back and buy one from another retailer.

But tbh I trusted Currys as you can get full return and more whereas if I order from Samsung there could be chances that order might not be able to pick up plus

I had this phone for £364
Since the prices went up to £436

It would be useless which my option id to
-repair
-get a new version of this phone (again and unlikely)
-or go for another device
