The A56 5G features a 6.7 inch FHD+ SuperAMOLED display, and I believe it lives up to it's expectations.
The screen is bright, a bit punchy compared to the Ultra phones S25U and S24U, especially used at night, but it speaks quality.
I have used it in broad daylight in the sun and the 1,200 nits allowed me to see my screen and I had no problems looking at it, I have been able to see the screen without any struggle.
I am enjoying to use the screen just as much I enjoy using a flagship phone, and I love the vivid colours.
The screen is coated with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+, and although it did not suffer a fall, like I said before, there are no scratches in the phone, and this phone has ben some places with me. From experience from previous years when I have used phones with Corning Gorrila Glass Victus, they have been very resistant to damage, and they never had a cracked screen, but I personally recommend, if you plan to use it as your Base phone, to snap a case and a screen protector on it for safety.
Performance generally feels premium, the Exynos 1580 4nm chipset (credits GSMArena) is smooth and the battery lasts a long time being used for browsing, taking pictures, social media and listening to music. I have not installed alot of apps on it though, being a loaned phone, but there is no lag and the refresh rate is good.
This phone does not support SD Memory card or 3.5 mm jack, but I have been listening to music from Spotify and I use a USB C to 3.5 mm jack to use with my Panasonic headphones, for those more nostalgic of us,
the listening experience has been great so far.
