@Nethulfv the latest version of Galaxy store is 4.6.01.8, are you fully updated ? check you are not low on memory, seems there is no difference with wifi or Data. I would Force stop when clearing cache/Data. Go to Apps-Galaxy Store-Force Stop. Now click storage and clear cache and Data and restart the phone, could also the soft Reset as @lminvti mentioned.
However you may need to try cleaing the cache partition. This deletes temporary files but keeps your Data intact. Follow this procedure:
1. Turn off the device.
2. Connect To Computer or plug in USB-C Headphones , Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key
3. When the Android logo displays, release all three keys.
4. Wait until the Android system recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
6. Press Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Power key to restart the device.
Maybe an idea to send an Error Report if issue persists quickest way is to long press on Samsung Members-Error Reports-Application-detail the issue and can attach screenshot/picture with the paperclip icon. Ensure the system logs are also enclosed though should be ticked by Default.
