Hi all
I'm new in this forum. Sorry if any of you have answered this already.
I recently got myself an galaxy A71 and for some reason my haptic feedback on the keyboard not working. Eg when my phone is on mute keyboard should vibrate when I press any keys. But it doesn't. Like it use to on my galaxy s6.
I think I have turned on all the setting.
If anyone can help I'll be grateful.
Thanks in advance

I have found a solution for this problem. Which is to download Gboard and it supports vibration.

I'm not using your model but haptic for the Samsung Keyboard is usually found in launching the keyboard and pressing the cog wheel settings in the Samsung Keyboard and then look at Swipe , touch and feedback and then touch feedback.
This is sometimes only available on eligible phone models.

Thank you for your reply. I'm very disappointed with Samsung for leveing out an such a basic function of the phone. I know this is not their flagship model. But A71 is not a cheap phone either. I have always used Samsung phones And a big fan of their products.
You can buy a very cheap phone that will have haptic feedback . Hope they fix this in their next update for the phone.
I hope Samsung read this comment as well.
