GALAXY A70 BLACK SCREEN DATA TRANSFER

I have dropped my Samsung Galaxy A70 and it now has a black screne. it is still receiving  etc as it dings etc.

I have tried the press and hold the volume down and start buttons together for 15 seconds a number of times wihtout any luck. I have got a new A41 and want to transfer my data across but am having no luck.

CAN ANYBODY HELP........PLEASE

connect the a41 to the a70 with USB adapter then using the smart switch app choose what data to transfer from old phone that should work if not I am not sure
