Connection Problems A55
My new Samsung Galaxy A55 is showing weak connection problems. The wifi disconnects if my phone wasn't almost directly in the same room as the router. The signal and mobile data is always non-existent or VERY weak. I never had bad signal problems with my old phone especially at home.
I tried restarting my phone and I made sure that my software was up to date.
What do I do?

Forget the network in your phone and reset up the pairing to Wi-Fi to see if that helps @Serene05
You might be able to chabge the channel in your Home Broadband Router to see if that helps.
You could also try Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Connections.
There is also a diagnostic test tool found in your Samsung Members App.
All that said if the phone is at issue, and if you've only owned it recently then ask the merchant to swap the phone for a new one.

I've got the same problem. Tried different sim cards (mediamarkt told me that was the issue) but they didn't work in this phone although they functioned perfectly in other phones. Mediamarkt send it to repair and I'm waiting to get my phone back but as I read this, I think it's a real issue..

Any updates? My A55 has the same problem, low signal... 1 bar sometimes no bars at all

Hello i just bought a55 samsung and i cant set it up because it wont connect to any wifi. I cant even go to the general setting to choose mobile connection. I dunno what to do.
