Galaxy A54 5g issue

My wife just purchased a Samsung galaxy A54 5g phone. When she calls my phone, her phone continues to ring and she can't hear me respond. We've updated the her phone software , added and ran the galaxy app booster to her phone,  restarted her phone, reset her network settings, removed and replaced her sim card. Nothing works. It only accords when she attempts to voice call  my phone.  Occurs 100 % of the time. Video connection and texting, both RCS and SMS work  fine between the phones. Both phones are on the same network, tracfone straight-talk. Tracfone support says it's likely a phone issue because they can see it dialing and hanging up. Her operating system is android version 13, One UI version 5.1, base S546VLUDS4AWG1. She doesn't have the problem with other family phones. Anyone got a suggession?

Check to see under settings>connections>if WiFi calling and under mobile networks>Volte calls are enabled and if so try disabling them to see if you still have the issue or vice versa

Badger42, I disabled Wifi Calling and rebooted. No Change. Enabled Wifi calling, disabled Volte, rebooted. No Change. Thank you for your reply and suggestion. I'll keep troubleshooting.

Have you tried your SIM card in her phone and her SIM card in your device to see if the issue is still there or if your SIM works ok in the A54, which would suggest a SIM card/network issue rather than the phone. In the members app you can run various diagnostic tests that may also help.
