Galaxy A52s 5G bluetooth broken after last update (security from 1st Jan 2025)

As title says, the bluetooth connection to multiple devices is broken and cannot be established. It shows connecteded, but phone call audio is not going to car/headset. Also actively moving to bluetooth by selecting via button is not connecting anymore.

Thanks for your update. My phone did also not work in the car and  when the phone was connected to the car-kit I deleten android auto on the phone and the car-kit worked immediately as it should do.  Restarted the phone and installed android auto again and the phone and car-kit still works fine. Hope this solved the problem.

I installed the latest update two days ago and so far BT calls are working.
Let's see how long this lasts.

Yes android auto on the phone. I was rely surprised that the car-kit worked immediately when I uninstalled android auto on the phone. I can not say if it continues working. I tried it several times today and it is still okay.  Will test it tomorrow again and will report the result.

Thanks for the update. As I'll be getting a new phone from my employer as part of a standard exchange due to lifetime I will not bother anymore. Good luck to all of you affected with this painful issue.

For me it still works fine. But I didn't restart android auto. I just keep it deactivated.

Settings --> Security and privacy --> Updates --> Google Play System update

Check for updates. Check again in one day and update if necessary.
I updated (two times)about a week ago and it's been working ever since
