Galaxy A50 random shutdown - Android 11

Hello, until the last upgrade of my phone (few days ago), it randomly shutdown (or crash, I don't know).

The only way to restart it is to use forced reboot (power key and volume - key pressed together several seconds).

I try a lot of thing to fix this, some reboot, I remove some applications.... Nothing seems to work.

Have you an idea to help me ?

Do a wipe cache and see if it helps.

Also make sure all apps are updated both on galaxy store and play store.

Hi, I try to do a wipe cache but I can't enter in wipe cache menu.

I shutdown the phone then I start with "power and volume +" but no menu appears to do a wipe cache. The phone just "start"....

With the new phones they need to be plugged either to charger or PC.
