Hi. I dropped my Galaxy A5 and a purple spot appeared in the right bottom corner but next morning it had completely covered my screen. I bought a new Galaxy and I want to do a smart switch to my new phone but can't see my old phone screen to enable it to transfer the data to the new phone. Does anyone have any solutions? I've tried everything, mirroring to my TV, transfer data to my PC but I have to enable debugging on my phone which obviously I can't do. It's getting so frustrating at this stage, if anyone can help I'd really appreciate

If you backed up to Samsung Cloud then inputting your Samsung ID and setting up the phone using your last back up should move your stuff across @James202
Your apps will be in your Playstore My Library section.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
