Hi @Dylann51
Do please try this troubleshooting step > Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files. There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too.
You can send feedback via your Samsung Members App too.
If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate. Take care. 😎
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Hello, @Dylann51!
Gaming is processor intensive. If you're using a third party case, try removing it.
In addition to @BandOfBrothers suggestion, try the steps on these guides:

In my experience the device is already strong enough for heavy gaming but I always play the smooth graphics settings since i don't really like all that extra annoying shadows and visual effects. The only Issue in General devices thare aren't made for gaming or isn't top flagship is about long-term playing and heating up. So my suggestion may sound dump and completely no one would suggest you in the internet to do that but i keep battery saver on with only one specific option on, Limiting cpu to 70%. Keeping cpu to constantly work in a semi-high is better than it working max for certain minutes and then throttle like hell. But you can also use Samsung's official "thermal guardian" to controls heating.
