The Android Auto on my phone does not connect to my new car, Suzuki S-Cross. I took it back to the dealership, and Android Auto works fine on other phones. I’ve tried all the diagnostics per the A33 manual and support page, except for the factory reset. Additionally, I bought Samsung wired earbuds, but my phone doesn’t recognize or connect to them. I followed all the steps via Samsung support to fix this issue, but with no luck. If anyone can help me with these issues, I would be grateful.

Cheers

With the android auto l, when connecting the cable does it start charging? If so when plugged in swipe down on the notification panel and you should be able to change what the cable is doing ie data transfer and so and so. This only works on supported cables

Is there a certain phone section on your cars screen you need to go to. On mine there is and it will automatically do it. But I think the first time there is a certain walk through. Have you tried talking to the dealership

I'm pretty sure it is meant to charge.
