Galaxy A14 5G Wifi Calling does not Appear

I already talked with my carrier, but they said that this is a Samsung issue.
Neiter in settings nor quick access or in the phone settings there is no wifi call button.
Please answer me A.S.A.P.  There are many similar problems on the reddit also in Samsung phones. Is my phone supporting wifi call or not? if it supports You have to make an update about it. Because I need to make calls in overseas.

With Wi-Fi Calling being a network feature, make sure that this is something your network provider offers and that it is enabled on your SIM account.

After that, switch off your phone > Remove your SIM and give it a wipe > Power your phone back on > Unlock the screen and allow to load up fully > At this point, reinsert your SIM and set to one side for 5 minutes or so, then check for the setting again.
