Galaxy A14 5G Wifi Calling does not Appear

I already talked with my carrier, but they said that this is a Samsung issue.
Neiter in settings nor quick access or in the phone settings there is no wifi call button.
Please answer me A.S.A.P.  There are many similar problems on the reddit also in Samsung phones. Is my phone supporting wifi call or not? if it supports You have to make an update about it. Because I need to make calls in overseas.

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Forum

If your device has WiFi calling, it will be in the Quick Access Menu.

Pull down from top of screen to access Quick Access Menu.
Click on 3 dots to see which buttons you have not yet enabled, one should be WiFi calling.
Add it to your Quick Access Menu and ensure it is lit up.
You should now be good to go. Just decide if you want WiFi calling to be preferred option and toggle it on or off in settings.

When you are connected to WiFi calling you'll see a phone icon at the top right next to your WiFi logo.

Like this, also i can see from screenshots that the 1st one showing no signal, and other one is with airplane mode, try it when connected to network.

Hi - I've got the same problem, did you manage to find a solution.  Any help would be very much appreciated.
