Wi-fi calling almost works on my and my partner's phones (same model). In our house the phone signal is very weak, so I would like the phones to use only wi-fi calling when they are attached to wi-fi and not use the mobile signal. However I can't seem to find the settings screen discussed on this page: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-activate-wifi-calling-on-a-galaxy-smartphon... .
When I tap Wi-Fi calling, it just toggles wi-fi calling on/off and doesn't display the settings so that I can choose the Wi-Fi Preferred option.
Does anyone know how to do this on the A14 5G?
Thanks
paul

Thanks for your response. Tap & hold on the quick access WiFi calling icon does open the WiFi calling screen but unfortunately only allows me to turn it off or on. There are no other options for setting the preference.

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately that isn't the case - the WiFi calling option allows me to toggle WiFi calling on or off, but there are no preferences offered.

Yes, I know what should be there. But it just isn't. My wife's phone is the same model and hers is exactly the same - WiFi calling toggles on and off but there are no preferences.
I'm waiting for a call-back from Samsung.
