Fast charing issues

Am I the only one to have fast charing issues with my phone ? (When plug in it, my phone is not using the fast mode and I have to redo it several times to do so)

The thing is that I have the a50, my friend has the a51 and has the same issue. So I find that quite disturbing

Here is the issue, maybe that's just the cable but the weird thing is that a friend has the same issue (also with the original cable) 🤔

In your 1st screenshot it says "USB Connected", this looks like you're connected like charging via computer or laptop...

I'm testing the charging now on my S21 Ultra 5G and it says this:

I think the quickest solution is make an appointment at a Samsung Support center in your area and take your original charger with you. You have several methods via the Samsung Members app

Hi @DevBen, good afternoon.

Thank you for reaching out. If I take a look at your photos I don't see anything strange. At the left photo your phone is charging with normal speed and at the right you will see the fast charging speed.

You can also check if there is a difference in the Safe Mode.
