Data Transfer

Hey Everyone,

I recently cracked my Samsung A50 and it is unresponsive. I have gotten a new Samsung A51 as a replacement. But I have a lot of Photos and Notes that really need to transfer across, but I can't access my old phone and I didn't have SmartSwitch on it. Any ideas?

u coud download Samsung Kies on ur PC,MAC or laptop and Conncet your A50 to it and see if that will still regester or you can put it into "ADB" Mode or USB Debugging also kmow term and hook it up to ur PC

May I ask did you create any backups to Samsung Cloud , Google Photo's or an online vault such as Dropbox or a Sd card  ?

I hope you can recover your Photo's.

Sometime ago I lost all my stored Photo's on my phone due to a sd card corruption so I now have a Dropbox account and its set up in that when I take a photo it automatically stores in my phone's storage and in my camera roll in my Dropbox.

Unfortunately I did not create a backup, so when I attempted to import data to my new phone via Google and Samsung account it recovered nothing 😢
