Dark Bar at top of screen

Hey I have a A35 5G and whenever i open certain apps the status bar at the top is a different colour/gradient than the colour right below it which throws me off. Is there a fix to this??

Hi, and welcome to the community.
Could you post a screenshot that clearly shows your task bar exhibiting this behaviour? It'd help us better understand what's causing it.

I have tried switching it for the apps having the issue but it doesnt seem to work.

Hi! Heres spotify against my homescreen, as you can see the status bar is perfectly matched with my homescreen.

Yeah, the bar looks transparent, like the background is filtering through slightly. The bar on your homepage blends in better because it matches the slight grey background. What does the bar look like when you're not in Dark mode?

Still looks like Dark mode? Are you using a 3rd party app to apply your screen customizations?

Nope, i switched to light mode. Spotify doesnt have a light mode.
