I found out my csc code is fwd even though I got my phone in uk.

Was it from an official Samsung store or just a generic phone shop?

If a phone is purchased directly from Samsung UK it should be BTU or EUX

If your shop buys grey imports then that could be the reason for a different CsC.

The CsC fwd looked to be a Morroco version.

So it's possible the phone is a grey import.

Does Samsung Pay work Ok ?

If you launch Samsung Members App and go to the benefits section does content show there or is it blank? 

Has anything happened that's instigated you checking what CsC is on the phone ?

In regards to software and security updates your phone should recieve these as normal. I imported a Samsung Note 20 Ultra from Hong Kong. It's CsC is TGY and that phone receives updates just fine.

I bought it in Amazon UK, it was sold by Amazon UK but I received FWD instead of SM-A025G with CSC code of EVR

That's the same as my imported Samsung Note 20 Ultra then.

An imported phone won't show the Samsung Members Benefits Section as it was meant for another market.

The rest of the Samsung Members app will work.

The other issue could be the warranty as Samsung wouldn't support a phone that's been imported from one country to another.

Is Samsung Pay working.

I used Google Pay on mine @Stickman2
