I have a Samsung A16 phone that I bought in Jordan, and I now live in the UK. I want to know how to change my phone's UK settings from Jordan (OJM) because I'm experiencing delays with updates and apps.

Hi @reoc  I would not advise changing the csc , there is the risk of bricking your device and it would void warranty if software  installed which is not intended for your Device.   Whilst there is information on other Tech sites this is not something  we provide information on.  

There tends to be issues with phones  being used out of region,you can try Smartswitch for updates.  A possible solution is to use a Pay as You go sim from the original country for a short period

I use a SIM card from the company where I live.
+You mean I should do a factory reset and transfer someone's data from the UK to my phone?

No I do not mean that. I am suggesting you try a Jordanian pay as You sim temporarily , it might trigger updates.

You can try Smart Switch initially but from past feedback that tends not to be successful.

Ui 8 When will it be released?
