Copying files from PC

Hi,

I have just purchased an A22 5G. I have installed it on my PC but none of my file  options exist. 

On my old J320FN, there were two subfolders displayed on my PC, "Phone" and "Card" into which I was able to copy my PC files but there is nothing displayed for the A22 5G.

Can someone help please?

I had this issue yesterday with my A53, when I plugged in the usb cable from the device to the pc, it was charging but not showing in the PC, with a different cable it worked as expected, some usb cables are power only and have no data connection I think. Have you got a different usb cable to try?

Hi @Rimsdale14  Ensure cable is properly connected,could try another cable though if  one supplied with phone would usually be ok.   If swipe down from top of device ensure USB File Transfer is selected  rather than charging.   If still issues could enable USB Debugging in Developer options.
