Go to Applications and look for the Phone App, enter its settings and in Permissions check Contacts permission.

@Pippit If this has not worked, go to the Phone / Contacts app, three dots on the top right, Manage contacts: You can use Import contacts, or Synchronize contacts. Greetings.
