Hello 👋 @Coco1990
Usually another party would needs hands on to install hacking software.
If you've inadvertently clicked on a link then this can sometimes cause some issues, or downloaded an app.
What happens if you try https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/
Anorher step is Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port or a usb-c to usb-c phone to phone set up to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }
Finally a factory reset but don't use any back up to set the phone back up.
There is a built in app scanner in the Device Care to run.
Although I've not purchased any ³rd party security they are available in the app store.
Let us know how you get on.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
