As a part of this evaluation season by the Samsung members stars team, we have been active in providing reviews of the newly released galaxy smartphone A56. I previously performed some extreme benchmarking of the performance of the A56. If you missed this it can be found here. https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/galaxy-a-series/extreme-benchmarking-of-the-galaxy-a56-phone/td-...Although the A56 falls slightly short in performance of the top end Ultra range of Samsung phones, it still performed reasonably well considering its mid range specifications and chipset. This second review by me has been carried out in evaluation of 'cloud gaming'. There are many cloud gaming services nowadays that use high end servers, and whilst a phone still needs to have enough processing power to render the images to screen and provide a good user experience, a lot of the overhead of the gaming performance can be shared between the server hardware and the mobile handset. Fairly regularly I use both the 'XBOX ultimate GamePass', and the 'Nvidia Geforce Now' service. Both of these cloud services offer competitive performance using powerful servers... but how does the A56 perform during the play of top AAA games using these ??? Watch this video below to follow my experiences of cloud gaming with the A56 mid / high smartphone.
