Recently, at home and on vacations my grandma who has a A23 has been having charging issues, it's most likely humidity but it hasn't been humid around where I live recently. I've had this issue on my s22, but out tech support says no issues eith her phone, this has bene going for 2 months, if you know anything please help us ! - Chloé

@Chloé1 Does the phone have latest software and are apps up to date? have you checked the Diagnostics yourself, are no issues highlighted? Dirt/Debris can cause charging issues, ensure the port is clean. Third party apps can cause conflicts and if this is relevant best to try in Safe Mode and if ok there would indicate recent apps that may be problematic. However it may be the charger that is the issue, is it an official one?

Look inside the phone's charging port with a torch 🔦 to check for any build up of debris.
Usb reset.
Settings > Apps > Tap the 3 lines with the downward facing arrow, to the right of 'Your apps' > Show system apps (toggle this on) > OK > Scroll down, and tap on 'USBSettings' > Storage > Clear cache > Clear data, then restart your device.
There is also a diagnostic test tool found in your Samsung Members App.
