Change Video message settings?

Hi folks,

I have an A52 and when I send video messages, they are automatically condensed into a really crappy quality.  I can't figure out where/how to change these settings....?  I use TMobile, if that matters....?

Hi @Susana G ! Does this happen with certain apps? If this is a third-party app, we cannot confirm the compatibility of the app with the quality of videos taking on the phone.

It happens with the default "Messages" app.  It's version 14.2.10.3 that updates automatically from Samsung. 

It _doesn't_ happen with WhatsApp.  But I'm trying to figure out how to change the settings on the default Samsung messaging program.....

@Susana G Are you sending videos taken on the phone directly or from other devices?

Taken directly on the phone!  Samsung's default video, default message.

Hi, this will be down to your carrier as most have a very small message size. Your options are using chat where you can send files up to 25MB but the other person has to use chat for this to work or upload your file to Google drive and share the link.
