cannot make calls

Since yesterday when trying to make a phone call, I get a voice message saying I can no longer access 153 on my device 

This is happening on every phone call I try to make, I need my phone

no I had done nothing just suddenly went like that

this sounds like your network issuer , try calling them on another number & they will help set it bk to normal , if of course its to do with your provider .

strange thing is when I did a search online, found a few forums and twitter where other 3 users had the same problem

strangely its started working fine again after 2 days
