Hi @samanthaxxxx Firstly check that there are no issues with your Network.
For Troubleshooting firstly go to Apps-Messages- Storage and clear the the cache. You may need to reset the Network Settings,General Management-Reset. With One Ui 6 you can Reset Mobile Network Settings seperately to Wifi and Bluetooth Settings.
If still happen to be issues An idea to also check your Sim card, if all seems ok reinsert. otherwise may need to contact Network for advice. sometimes there can be issues with the APN settings https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-check-my-apn-mobile-internet-settings/
