Hi @stokeydave  Firstly can you remove your email address as should not be publicly displayed on community due  to privacy issues. I assume no issue with credit or account.  check that there are no  signal issues or issues with your Network, know there have issues  with Vodaphone (though reports sugests was mostly internet based).  An idea to Reset your connections, Settings-General Management-Reset. In one Ui 6.0 can reset the Mobile connections seperately.

You may need to inspect sim and reinsert, if not solved will need to get in touch with your provider.

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

Have you had your device long? Where did you get it from?

Could the IMEI have been blocked by a previous seller of the device (or insurance company for example)???

@stokeydave: To troubleshoot the issue please open the Phone app > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Supplementary Services > Call Barring > Voice Call, and make sure that all options here are toggled off, especially 'All Incoming Calls' and 'All Outgoing Calls'. Tap the back button > Call Forwarding > Voice Call, and make sure that all the options here are toggled off. Now, head to Settings > Connections > Flight Mode, and toggle this off if it is enabled, followed by Settings > Notifications > Do not disturb > Off.

If the issue persists, please remove your SIM, give the gold contacts a rub, and put it back to see if this helps. If the issue is only affecting certain contacts, please open the Contacts app, select an affected contact, tap the 3 dots in the bottom right, and select Unblock Contact, if applicable. I also recommend reaching out to your network provider to see if there are any restrictions on your account, or to the service in your current area.
