I understand that there are a lot of A series owners with the same issue Will64. If it happened after a software update mate I would suggest the usual clearing the partition cache or maybe even trying to reinstall the last software package on your phone but this is probably a wasted journey judging from the comments of others who have tried this to cure the problem. If it is a software problem then it is something I expect Samsung to rectify in a future update but this will happen quicker if you can contact customer services and see if you get any help from them. This is as I said happening to plenty of other people out there and I hope a software cure can be found because if the problem is a hardware one then a repair or replacement phone may be the only options.
