Camera A41 zoom

I have a Galaxy A41 mobile. the camera is fine for normal shots but if I try to zoom in the photo becomes pixilated and blurred. I can't find anything that says how to stop this happening.

Is there a setting I am missing?

When you zoom in it is normal to have a loss of quality in the image. there is nothing you can do

some loss of image is acceptable, but complete blur is not.

But if that is the case then so be it.

Oh, complete blur? that sounds pretty weird. I thought u meant it just becomes more pixelated which is normal. you may want to get it checked
