How come a cheap mobile has an option to record all phone calls but samsung no? A12

Hi,

Welcome to Samsung Italia Community. The decision to avoid including Call Recording in EU has been made between Samsung and Google a long time ago in order to fully comply with all the regulations of EU. No smartphone of these two brand sold in the European Union includes by default an option to record calls.
